CS Control not Working correctly

I have been having this problem with various beta versions, but task forces on continous supply (not Auto convoy) coming from off-map bases show up on the map and then just sit there. I confirned the distination is correct. I have on;y noticed this from Abadan and Aden. Has anyone else come across this?

Attach a save and example of TF, I'll have a look.
I personally haven't noticed any issues.

i will have to run a few turns as I am fast to manually fix now that I have seen this.
