Morale has no change after battle won. How many battles need to be won to gain 1 morale and 1 experience?
Why does the construction value increase after battle?

What version are you using? Those are some nice Rumanians you have there.

It is 1.07.15 version.

I'm wondering if he has an advantage with morale in the settings. I've never seen Rumanians anywhere near that high in either morale or CV (and I suppose they go together). He's got them at a level comparable to typical German infantry divisions at that point in the game. Amazing.

It's not that easy. Morale can be gained/lost immediately after combat and also during logistics phase due to many reasons. Experience accumulated during turn is not added immediately, but is transformed into permanent experience during logistics phase. There are 5 or 6 separate rules which may cause experience gain. The simples one is that you get 1 exp if it's below morale, but the others are more complicated and involve random factors.

These units are way above national morale so further morale gains would be rare. Probably the same for Experience.

Any idea on the increase of construction value?

This is clearly a custom campaign with adjusted start values for Rom experience and morale. Not way in heck that Rom units can be that high on morale. In 41 campaign Rom units start around 40 morale and even less experience. Unless massive changes in last version for starting Rom value? Would take on average hundreds of wins to increase Rom Morale by 20-30 points. Also, winning doesn't automatically give you a morale boost unless below national avg, but losing a battle does drop morale.

Lol, even the German units look crazy unrealaistic, He used editor to get these high CV and morale values for axis troops. IMO way too high, if playing AI it's too easy. Not even a challenge,

I appreciate the Kobayashi Maru approach - it's how I got into scenario design. If at first you don't succeed - Cheat! Then I learned that there is even more fun in writing scenarios for other people.

How much more need to be increased?

This is interesting. If this is accurate (and given the previous inflated Axis CVs) it seems to imply that the bonus settings are getting applied to the German Player instead of the Soviet Player?

org. Sov CV / org. Ger CV = (org. Sov CV x Bonus) / inflated Ger CV
