Just like the CW. Japan has 2 convoys that can never be sunk in the China sea.

It happens with every country that uses CP's to move resources, although it is most prevalent with the CW. I've seen it pop up with Italy, France and the US at various times. It seems to happen more often with convoy lines that are manually assigned, and less frequently with convoys that are routed by the AI, but it's not a 100% correlation.

This will be worked on next, after Supply. The more saved games on hand, the better...

I think what is happening is that the program is using old routes (that were valid during a previous turn) without checking if they are still valid.

That makes sense. But if that is in fact the case, then there are a few other things you should be aware of. 1) shadow convoys have never resolved themselves for me. In other words, the system never goes back and rechecks them, so it's not just a one turn carry over - it's permanent. 2) not every convoy is bugged. Some convoy lines do disappear when the CP's are sunk or aborted. I haven't been able to detect a 100% reliable pattern, but I can tell you that in every instance in my games, CP's in Scapa will always function even if sunk or removed. Outside of Scapa, it usually happens for CW convoys and often happens with other countries.
