Trying this scenario again.

In my experience trying this 10+ times, I fail miserably every time. The subs are deaf as a post and the surface ships are crewed by safecrackers. I am hoping others will try it out and see if they get the same results.

Suggestions welcome.

I tried but think its too difficult.
I think the first thing you need to add is some weather?
As things stand the subs have to transit at speed around a group of escorts. The escorts don't have to do anything other than sit quiet and listen. With no weather I think they hold a key advantage.
The Tbilisi group is going to be awkward, its running northbound at 18 knots, so catching it and getting in any attack is going to be tough.
I suspect its worth a retry once weather effects are added in?
