German Minesweeps

After re-downloading and installing the 7.1 installation, I find that I no longer have access to any German Armored Minesweep units. Was this an intentional omission or something that maybe just fell through the cracks?

I found them in the Czek OB.

The decision was made that it was so small a production run that it shouldn't be available for player purchase. It should be a scenario only unit. The armored minesweeper that was actually produced was a different hull (Pz I hull as I recall).

Ok, so if i get this right, then... the old Mk I chassis that was a mine clearing unit in some of the older OB's should be available to purchase on some scenarios, based on the potential of mines being present?
I'm unable to buy any mineclearers at all, whether I'm assaulting or not... I haven't looked at the Chzek OB yet, but have looked at some of the other country's OB's, and mineclearers ARE available going that route, but having an M4A? on the German side in '41 seems maybe a little TOO one sided...

The old minesweeper was on the Mk III chassis, it was the incorrect one that is still in the oob but just as a scenario only unit.
Along with the divisions of Wurfs and battalions of sturmtigers that get bought by German players it is a unit that is overbought compared with how it was used historically.
Do you really need it when you have the excellent German engineer troops available?
