$10.00 Promotional Discount NOT working _FIXED

RESOLVED! - corrected after order was processed.
Just tried to order DWU from Matrix and the $10.00 promotional discount was NOT APPLIED.
While the $40.00 discount coupon for owning the series did apply, the additional 10.00 discount DID NOT.
Please advise. Why isn't the $10.00 discount coming up? I will hold off on buying the game until this matter is addressed.

The $49.99 price in the store reflects the discount. After next week (I think) the price is going to $59.99

There is no $10 discount coupon - the price already includes the launch discount. Normally it is $59.99 but the launch price is $49.99. Hope that makes sense!

The issue is, the PRICE IS FULL PRICE at check out. Not 49.99, but 59.99!!
