Another issue I just discovered is with the STEAM KEY. Does my DWU key work for the STEAM code? Otherwise no pop up happened nor any information showing me a STEAM key and I really can't find where I would get that from in the members club. Any suggestions?

EDIT: slitherine.com This is where you must register your games to get the STEAM code from what I can tell. My bad, thought it was on the Matrix site.

I think you have to register through slitherine site all your keys or probably only universe if you have only universe then click get steam key and its gonna give you a different key to activate the game on steam.

steam does not release for awhile yet they will get us are steam keys, why do you want it on steam any reason other than easy patches?

Thank you for the info. However I don't think that is what the instructions said to do. I can try it, but who knows... these things get miscommunicated sometimes.

BINGO - that appears to be the issue, must register at Slithern.

DWU includes the four other games afaik. It seems to be correct when you get the DWU steam key and no five discrete keys.

That's correct - you can use the serial keys from the previous releases in our Members Club to get a discount on your Universe purchase through our store. Once you have purchased Universe, you can use the Universe serial number on the Slitherine site to also get a Steam key.

It should be noted that the Slitherine registration process is, in a word, corrupted. It has proven to be a major headache. Just saying. When it tells you that your password is not good, and you know it is good, and then you can't register, after getting an activation email and trying to finish the registration process, only to have it say
"registration corrupted" is extremely frustrating.

Sigh. will try and sort it out - looks like a few others have had the same issue.

EDIT - sorted. For some reason the registration validation process generated a corrupted registration. I waited a bit then requested new password. It came and I was able to complete the process and register the key. That then caused another issue that took a bit to clear up but finally got the STEAM key. DWU installed.

No on to Minecraft for the rest of the day.

I know our guys are working on it, hopefully they'll have a solution today. I know this did not happen during our testing earlier this week, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I realize the extra password reset is a pain, but I appreciate everyone's patience in dealing with it until we figure out what's causing that. If you go through the extra step, you can still get your key.
