Ver 2.0 download problems

I have tried a number of times to download the Ver 2.0 update but keep getting an error 503 No anonomous FTP allowed. I am using Netscape 7.0 and up to this point have never had a problem with downloads from Matrix. Is this release only a liveupdate release?

I am using Mozilla 1.2 beta (more or less the same code than Netscape 7) and it is working very well ...
