I am wondering if we can mod the ship symbols on the map, e.g. triangle for military ships, diamond for explorers, square for construction, etc?

If so, are there any mods for this already? I could not find any.

If not, what folder are these symbols in, please, so I can try my hand at modding them?

Don't know of any mods that change them though.

Thanks Das. I don't know what I will do with them, but I think I want something more obvious to me what the different ships are, especially the private sector ones.

The hardest part is to come up with distinctive symbols that look good no matter what the zoom level is...
