Locked up

I have a game that is locked up. The situation is this: Jul/Aug 41, Axis #4. Axis collapsed Vichy in rail phase, everything works until the Italian tries to end the Air Transport phase. When the button is hit the game is locked up, the Main Form, New Games and Map boxes flash on and off and the only way out is to close the game in a phase that it can't be saved in. Saved file is the German Air Transport phase.
I hope I have sent the needed information correctly. Courtenay - thanks for the help.

I loaded your game: and I have never seen the engine come into such a visual loop. I think it goes to the French interception phase as I see the French Flag appearing in some of the windows during the loop.
This is a bug. I can't help you here, Steve will have to look at this one.

Thanks for looking at it. It actually was giving me a headache looking at it as I was trying to find a way to continue the game.
