Help Needed - Kerch

How in the world can the Soviets west of Kerch be put OOS? I have bombed the port to ashes every turn - yet the Soviets seem to suffer no lack of supplies, and this till end May. OTOH, Sevastopol is easy to get OOS with air bombing and interception I never see air interception markers trailing into Kerch, but they do trail into Sevastopol. I assume no supply crosses by land across the straits?

If you bomb down Kerch fully the soviets will be down to half supply (160-180 supply movement cost or so)so while they can sustain indefinetly they will not be able to regain readiness from movement or combat (except for the 40 readiness the units start with in locally stored supply). To reduce it further you can also bomb the closest harbours on the other side of the strait.
For your bombers to be able to intercept the supply you need to make sure he have no fighters with enough readiness to intercept in range, so basically fly a lot of missions with your fighters to draw them out.

The manual states, "Armed ships, subs and aircraft exert anti-supply points on sea hexes in a certain radius of their location. These points can damage enemy supply flowing through that sea hex and replacement troops being transported through that hex as well. Air only exerts anti-supply points when its readiness is equal or above its intercept setting."
Do all aircraft exert anti-supply points? Seems like only fighters intercept; is this different from interception?
What are all the white dots which appear in the sea hexes when I click on an unused fighter? Or artillery?

All aircrafts can do anti supply if they have the readiness I think (not sure about transports) but yes only fighters can intercept other aircrafts.
The white dots are the intercept range for fighters and range for artillery, same as the highlighted area on land.

In case they are annoying: You can turn these preview dots off in the prefs tab sheet.
