Anyone know how to unfreeze multiple units at all levels with few actions? I have tried several. Only one at a time works and then only for line units.

I have tried unfreezing at HQ's units. On this forum we read this should affect all subordinates. It doesn't

I tried the CR and selecting the edit screen. Nothing on unfreezing there.

I exported to csv and changed the Frozen field values to zero. After importing, all the units concerned still had 0 movement and had lost the superior unit assignments to boot.

Should work through HQs.  Which scenario are you working in? If you are trying to unfreeze the Rumanians on T1 don't bother - it is hard coded.

I am working with the 43-45 Campaign. Have been successfully unfreezing line units one at a time. When I do it to Corps and higher level HQ nothing happens. It is so tedious.

Also, I am very curious why changing the Frozen value in the UNITS csv file not only does nothing to the freeze but also disestablishes the HQ assignments of the divisions.

Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I have had the same problem. Individual units can be unfrozen one at a time but HQ's do not unfreeze no matter what I try. FYI I was able to unfreeze the Rumanians in the Operation Barbarossa scenario. It may not work in the longer campaign though.

Don't see anything on the forum about the problem with getting HQ's unfrozen. Wanted to try releasing some units including a couple of HQ's (not in Romania). No problem releasing ground units but after I click on Frozen and hit Enter the HQ's show Frozen 0 in the Reports section but still have 0 MP.

Once you have unfrozen a unit you need to reset the MPs manually.
