I have duly registered, made a new password then merged all of my slithering Slitherine accounts yet the Lobby remains closed, saying I'm wrong.

Can someone please "Open Sesame" for me?

Yes, of course. Apologies for posting in the wrong zone...I plead over-excitedness as my defence.

I'm ticketed and waiting a response, thanks for the pointer.

This was fixed by Tech Support, a lot later than I wanted but it was done. They had to re-set my p/w which suggests it was nothing to do with the game per se.

We are working on a universal login across Matrix & Slitherine but its got a few teething problems. We're fixing them as we go so please report anything unusual.

There have been no problems since my p/w was reset by Slitherine.
