Tutorial info cards cut off

Actually there are poorly optimized resolutions. My desktop is 1366x768. If I run with desktop resolution while running "The Gap" tutorial the second info card is cut off at the bottom. Then if I try to run 1920x1080 without changing my desktop resolution then CoH runs in a window, off center, into the upper left hand of the screen. The only way around is to change my desktop resolution.
