How do I add events?

I read on the DWUniverse modding guide you can add events to a premade made through the editor. Is it even possible to add random events?

I read on the DWUniverse modding guide you can add events to a premade made through the editor. Is it even possible to add random events?
Most events are quality-like, not quantity-like, so I doubt they can be made without coding.
