Repairing Damaged Factories

I already sent this file directly to Steve, but now that I've got my membership sorted out, I'll put it up here, too.
The problem I have experienced here is that I cannot repair the damaged CW factory in London. It does show up in the repair pool, but I am not finding it on the production screen, where I believe it should be. I may have missed something, but I'm sure that to repair a damaged factory, you did so from the production form. I do have an engineer in the hex [it hasn't left since initial set up].
If I have missed something, I'd appreciate a heads up. I looked through all three manuals and found nothing, and even searched the PDF's. All they mention is that you can damage factories, and you can repair them, and state the conditions by which to do so, depending on one's choice of optional rules.
Thanks.

I got similar bug all along my last game, I have played with engeneers off but factories destruction / construction on rules and the damage factories could not be repaired, no line in the production form. I plan to keep an eye on it on my next game to report if happens again![X(]

There doesn't appear to be a damaged factory in London. All factories in London show as being able to produce on the map, if you get a resource to that factory (the stock doesn't produce smoke, which means that the factory isn't getting a resource transported to it). If a factory was damaged, that should have been shown on the map with a stripe being put over the stack:

Try looking in the repair pool. The factory is there, as are all the ones that have been demo'd by units in their respective hexes. The factory was damaged during strategic bombardment. If you look at the production planning form, you should see that there is a damaged factory listed in the accounting. This is not a resource issue. At the time, the CW had more than enough resources, and plenty of convoys. I even held off on raiding as I did not want to disturb the pipelines in the hope the bug would just go away. Either the bug is with the production form, or half the program thinks the factory is still there while the other half knows it is damaged. It is a bug.
