Stations detaching from planets

Copied from main forum since others are verifying this happens:
--------------------
I recently was trying to figure out why my construction ship had the option to but anything but a mining base on a moon I was looking at. I took my attack fleet there to be sure nothing was hidden. The moon looked empty. Then I look around the sector to see if I missed someone elses' colony. Nope. But I did see my own mining stations floating around not on top of anything. I could only deduce that a mining station acrross the system was built on that moon long ago and somehow the game has screwed up the positioning in drawing it?
Anyone else see this problem lately?
I cannot build on any of these:
And these in the same system don't appear to be on top of anything. They are just floating..?
I'd capture the text to show the build mining station not showing up while I could build a defensive base, or research station, and also the selection that verifes those are mining bases, but alt=printscreen gets rid of it when you hit them.

Yes, I can also confirm that I have seen this happen several times. Also with resupply ships. They will sometimes deploy at a planet and then just slowly drift off.

See ->

<sigh>
The weird thing is it seems to be random, not in all games, but it is a real PITA :/

Yes its certainly quite rare. I pity the dev, trying to find such an intermittent bug would be a total nightmare.

I've got the same problem. It occures randomly (propably - for the stations that are retrofitting?)

It would be VERY helpful to Elliot in solving this if either of you could upload a savegame when that occurs.

Thanks players!

I forgot to mention that my mining stations are never being retrofitted, since they never get the resources that are needed for an upgrade. I'm stuck with mining stations on the 2nd design after 30 ingame years, sometimes slowly floating into the galaxy..

Seems to happen when enemy ships use tractor beams on them to.

I've uploaded two files with saved games. I hope that they will help to fix these problems.
"Mining stations are getting detached from moons and planets, see ONSOO GAS MINING STATION for an example.dwg"
and
"Mines are never getting resources to retrofit.dwg"
p.s.
I'm using 1.9.5.2

Any acknolwedgement of the problem from developers - that they are looking into it and it's going to be fixed with the upcoming patches?

Elliot has been busy but no response on this issue. This has happened now in several recent games and is extremely annoying and often en mass and more than once a game.
