I can turn off the music, but the blipping sound when I click on things won't turn off even if I set the sound effects bar all the way to the left.

I listen to loud music sometimes so I don't want super loud blipping!

I ran the dircetX redist suggested and made sure my sound drivers are up to date.

I was able to do it through the volume mixer in windows.
