[NO REPRO] B538 crash

Hi,

Had a crash if you want to investigate. Maybe ship in formation moving onto land, but caused a program crash (and probably a ship crash [:D])
see attached screen and saves. I believe I have everything up to date.

Unable to reproduce issue in v1.04.
