Galactopedia race information(Ketarov) Don't change.

I translate the Race contents. and some is success.
but don't change Ketarov race contents, while another Race(ex: Ikkuro,Kidian)is changed through edit the *.mht file.
althogh I delete the Race_Ketarov and Race_0 file, galactopedia show the information about ketarov race perfectly.
how can I tanslate information about ketarov race in Galactopedia?
