[RESOLVED B546] No pop-up on New Vampire contacts

Hello guys!
Was playing the Advanced ASW Exercise, 1979 and have pop-up windows enabled on new contacts.
However the pop-up does not seem to do just that when the new contact is classified as vampire.
Attaching a screen shot here and a save file in the next post.

Have you also checked the box for "New weapon contact" which is further down in the settings window?

Yes. I think I found and checked that checkbox as well after the first time I encountered this problem.
Let me confirm it when I get home.

I checked that off and immediately started getting messages about weapon detection.
