new sprite

If i want to add to my scenario Bunker,Road Block and AT ditch in which way i can do this?
To do the sprite is only a Photoshop work, but to use this sprite in the editor there is a way?
One bunker is already in the terrain csv but there is no picture when used in the editor.
P.S from some time there are no comunication from Tom or Mark.Are in holyday?
