1.9.5.4 planet happiness after revolt and colonization

I got one of my planets captured by the enemy and planet got -25 happiness towards invaders. Aftewards planet was liberated by rebels and became independent. Then i re-colonized it with ship planet still have -25 happiness(from enemy invasion) and rebelling against me. This is not right and planet must reset happiness becoming independent.
