The case might be that you are going to get some support for AGEOD's games way faster at their dedicated forums - the company label here will redirect you properly, just click AGEOD in any of their products vignette and then forums - instead of the Matrix one you'll enter AGEOD forums. The movement there and the chance to find a solution is way greater there as I wouldn't go as far as to state that those games receive little attention and admiration - they get a lot of praise actually, but form a very tiny and dedicated group which mainly reside there and not here as it seems.
