Hi,

Just bought a new notebook and AE won't go full screen. About 2 inches of black lines on left and right. I tried writing -px1366 -py768 in exe. target line but game still won't go full screen. Appreciate help. Thks

Try -fd The "f" is for full screen I believe and the "d" is daily saves. Don't know if the "f" can be used alone. GP

Thanks General, Tried -fd and -f. Still got that 2 inch black line by the side. The asus laptop resolution is tough to change. Maybe driver problem. Thanks for your help. As long as I can play AE I am happy.

It may also be the aspect ratio of the screen is different.

I think there was a problem with the 1366x768 screen initially. I remember reading somewhere that it wouldn't work, but I thought that they fixed it.

I'm running 1366x768 on my HP laptop with no problems using the correct switches. It may be a driver or hardware issue for you.

You are right. My Asus Intel Graphic card is real basic and does not allow scaling. Well I suppose I do without the wide screen. Thanks.
