Checoslovakian? question

I supposse that this is not a bug but I ask for your opinion. Why the german minors units can not move into Checoslovaquia? I know that is classified like aligned country but really it was special case in Wif(in fact was a conquered country except Slovakia). This way it´s difficult to send hungarian troops for garrison, something that we used to do in WIF.[:@]

In the rules for WiF, Czechoslovakia is defined as aligned with Germany at the start of Global War. As such, per the rules on cooperation, you can no more send Hungarians there than you can send them into Bulgaria or Rumania.
In other words, MWiF is enforcing a rule that you broke when you played over the board.

You stated this yourself. It isn't a bug. It's not allowed according to the rules. It's something a lot of people played wrong in WiF (I did too...).
Here is RAW:
19.3 Who can enter the minor
Your units can enter hexes controlled by a minor country if:
• you are at war with it or with the major power that controls it; or
• it is conquered by you or another active major power on your
side; or
• it is aligned with any active major power on your side and the
unit entering is controlled by an active major power (subject to
the foreign troop commitment rules ~ see 18.2); or
• it is aligned with a neutral major power on your side and the unit
entering is one of that major power’s unit.
And on cooperation:
5. Units from one minor country don’t co-operate with units from
another minor country, even if both are aligned with the same
major power.
Since the Czechs are aligned and not conquered, this means that the Hungarians have to move around the country to go to garrison duty in Poland. Annoying, yes, but that's how it has been written for WiF (and thus coded in MWIF).

Was it though? The Slovak Republic was declared in March 1939, while Bohemia and Moravia was declared a self-governing (yeah right! [8|]) German protectorate. Maybe Harry got it right [:)]

Warspite, I accept the fact about Slovakian, I said it in my first post but Bohemia and Moravia had self-government just nominally, in reality were ocuppied territories ruled with the sad and cruel SS iron fist in a similar way like Poland.[:-]

You might be right historically, however, it's not our decision (or Steve's) to see this differently. ADG is the writer of the rules and they concluded otherwise...

You did indeed - and I missed that first post so apologies. However re Bohemia-Moravia I think the distinction is slim and could be interpreted either way. Personally I am comfortable with ADG decision.

If they were going to make those conquered, then the Sudetenland should be part of Germany proper, like Austria. Given the rules must also fit Days of Decision and Politics in Flames etc, having Czechoslovakia as one country aligned to Germany in the Global War scenario is IMO the best compromise between keeping it simple and a collection of exceptions in the rules.

Yes, I agree wit you, it was a question of simplicity but I think is not very complex and much more accurate to reality establish sudenten danzig corridor, memel and Breslau lands like german home country, Slovakia like an aligned country and rest of Czechoslovakia like a conquered country. This is not a request to Mwif or Wif, is just a self consideration that I wanted to express and share with you[;)].
