For the last two days my direct link to this forum has been sluggish and unresponsive.

Attempts to get here hang for several minutes and more often than not return a "Page not found" error.

Yesterday I had to make 4-5 attempts before finally getting through.

This morning getting through with the direct link was impossible.

However the Matrix home page loaded like lightning and well as this forum page when accessed through the link on the home page.

All attempts to use my saved favorite to get directly here hang forever.

Anyone else having these difficulties?

Nope, I surf a lot for work purposes, accessing construction product documentation, specifications and CAD details, researching Florida Product Approval documentation, etc...

No other sites are balky and hesitant. I have been having the same problems just getting from one page to another on this forum.

I've had no problems lately but do have the occasional time where there seems to be one of those internet blackholes over the site from time to time but go away after a awhile. Most of the time either clearing cache & even rebooting pc clears it but otherwise just go on & come back later seems to be only resolution

They did some maintenance on monday. Maybe a side affect. GP

STILL happening this morning.

The attempt to get directly to this forum through a favorites link returned a page not found error after hanging for 20 seconds.

I had to get here by using a google search that to the Matrix home page and then selecting forums.

Am I going to continue to be ignored by those who run the site?

So far, the only ones decent enough to respond have been other forumites.

Have lived in St. Petersburg since I was four and have to admit I have never heard of Tate's Hell....

ahhh a panhandler I see....... right smack dab in the middle of the Apalachicola National Forest........I'm a suncoast boy myself.

If you're wanting help from Matrix, it's best to place topic in main forum - Unofficial Tech Support By Gamers for Gamers. Good luck on getting help as search function for whole forum has been "broke" for years & complained about but nothing done to fix it so they probably won't be much help for you since it's more an individual problem rather than system wide problem.

Maybe your favorite link has become stale/corrupted. If you've not tried it already manually come to the WITPAE forum (I assume that's what your using) then recopy that into your favorite. I normally just type in www.matrixgames.com/forums from yahoo myself as I start at the main forum then go to the individual forums from there.
