(Build554;DB2K Build 417) ELINT Horizon Issue

Hi,
Thanks for a phenomenal development rate, I am having a difficult time keeping up with the many improvements. The decrease in processor workload was, I may say, the most outstanding!
Taking full advantage of the novel performance, and GUI I was simulating a sneaky intrusion of the US Navy through the Sidra Line of Death (1984) when something caught my eye: the Libyans were electronically blind, even with Soviet AGIs prowling next to some very indiscreet DD Spruance.
I modified the original file to a deployment intended to assess detection range, and it seem line-of-sight bound for Eastern Block equipment/side. The US Navy and Air Force were having the time of their lifes detecting everything at secure distance.
I tried to look at ESM sensor parameters (as per Baloogan), but I could not find differences able to explain this observation.
So I leave the full appreciation of this to the developers as it may be an intended result.
Many thanks,
