There's something I'm not understanding.

I'm trying the short, 3 turn, Minsk scenario. The first time, I didn't realize I had to blitz minsk hard.

Now that I know that, by the time my fast, mobile units get to Minsk, their combat value is degraded to an extremely low amount. Is that fatigue? How do I stop that?

Is the idea to not use these units at all until the moment they get to Minsk?

Is the fatigue from combat or travel?

Edit: Just fooled around a bit and realized that they are NOT receiving supply. I imagine that it's due to being behind enemy lines, but the soviets are scattered and broken on the front. Why can't my supplies get through?

Can they trace a supply line?
How far are they from their HQ?

Supply is quite complicated. Your problem is supply, not fatigue.

Even if your mobile units are all within five hexes of their Corps HQ, if the HQ is far from the Railhead, there will be reduced supply to your units.

So, by Turn 3 of this scenario, your most forward mobile units may have advanced far enough away from the railroad supply railhead to cause reduced supplies.

Pay attention to the coloring of the hexes. Red or Rose colored hexes are enemy controlled and no friendly supply can pass through. Light gray hexes are going to be friendly to you next turn.

Supply is one of the more complicated aspects of the game. Reduced supplies will cause you to have far fewer CV factor and movement factors.

If you can provide a screenshot we can get a better idea of what the problem is, if any.

By "supplies" I mean primarily motor vehicle Fuel.

Yes. The shaded area is beyond escort coverage while the lit area is recon with escorts. The dark area is friendly controlled and not able to be recon.

Good question. I didn't know this.

So, if I want to bomb into the shaded area. I need to be aware that there will be no fighter escort for the bombers.

Somehow I missed this.
