Frogmen & ASW Units

I fired up a new game with the latest patch [1.207, or something like that] and much to my surprise, I was given an Italian Frogman and a British ASW unit to set up. Yet the optional rules regarding these units - the "Additional Units" options - are still greyed out. Is this a bug, or are these thing just now being eased into the game?
I'll provide a saved game if needed, but I thought I'd ask first.

It's a bug all right... A minor one, because you can ignore those units, but it is still a bug, because only beta testers can have those units on the map.
To my knowledge, Steve isn't working on adding those at the moment.

Then I'll ignore them. I don't know how to use them, and I have enough new rules to get used to before getting into that stuff as well. Thanks.
I'll include the "Setting Up..." Saved Files. There was an odd hiccup when I was trying to place one of the TERR units for the CW - it was the Northern Ireland one, and it kept skipping back into the Set Up tray - but that went away with just saving and reloading. The Frogman and ASW didn't. I haven't tried playing any further than setting up Poland, so I doubt there's anything more in there. If you need that save file, I'll put it up, too.

I had to split the file - too big, so there's a few extra posts here just to upload the save files.

And more...

And I also ended up including the save from when I finished setting up.

Just for kicks I tried firing up another fresh Global War game, and neither the Frogman nor the ASW unit reappeared, but the hiccup in placing the Northern Irish TERR did. Saving and then reloading the game still deals with that, though.
