Hi,
two suggestions...

a) Its very annoying if you pickup someone to train from bottom the list, after that you are jumped up and you have to scroll down every time.
b) It would be good if they were employees of the indicated color depending on whether you are working on project, in training or idle
c) I prefer "old" style with graphed stats than only numbers of percent

OK about a), I'll try to fit a solution for this in the next build.

As for b) and c), once we're done implementing PBEM support and the single player campaigns, we'll change the personnel management screen to this.
