having FTP trouble; I need help getting files

I've tried regular download of 7.23 patch, after it DL's it tells me need permission, try again or quit. I've tried using filezilla, (which i have used before successfully) , and what i get is a tmp file that i can't convert.
I've used the updater program, and the newest patch I get is 7.18. Can anyone help me get up to 7.23 at least; thanks for any help in this matter...

Hello pkpowers,
Did you enter the following username/password combination when prompted by filezilla? User: SPMBetaTester. Password: SpmBeta1114.

yes, entered name/password every time requested ; and tried it on two separate desktop pc's

No problem at all. I'll upload the patch to a different place and send you a PM for you to download it once it's ready. Should be in a couple of hours, since I'm also uploading 0.7.23.1 to the FTP at the moment.

figured it out ; AVAST thought it was a virus (but wasn't informing me of this decision!!!)
