PCO uses the standard Microsoft San Serif font. This font should be part of your Windows system. Also I think clear type should be set to on ( at least it is on my system ). But you might need to tune if for your system.

Make sure you are set to use 32bit color.

Maybe some others have suggestions on the blurry font issue.

I have MS sans serif regular installed and true type set to on. I calibrated the true type font and still blurry. My color depth is set to 32 bit.
