What does it do and what makes it increase or decrease. Not finding anything in the manual.
I think it just modifies the production points you get every turn.ORIGINAL: rs99z28
What does it do and what makes it increase or decrease. Not finding anything in the manual.
Production points are displayed next to the name of a city in brackets.
So with 50 % war effort you would get only half of them each turn.
