US CVP in Vichy France Setup

Hello,
My first time posting here and sadly that first post consists of searching for a solution to a regular bug I've been having.
Before I begin, I will also say that I've seen similar bugs posted in the forum already, but I didn't find a work-around or fix posted anywhere, so I guess I'm simply hoping that I just missed a solution somewhere.
My problem is as follows. I am currently playing a global war scenario (in solitare mode ... we play on the same computer), and when the time comes to set-up Vichy France, there is a US CVP in the setup pool. Obviously we can't set up the unit, so our game can not continue. In case my explanation was unclear, I attached a screencap.
Another post mentioned moving the offending US CVP off the carrier, but we can't find the unit in game and it does not appear to be docked on a US carrier. Is there anyway around this, or at least is this bug fix in the queue? This is the second game this has happened and at the moment I can't justify starting another new game if we'll never get passed Vichy. In case it helps, I also attached a save game which is at conquest phase for the turn Vichy would be created (seemed to be the closest autosave).
