Problem downloading the game for 2 years now

Greetings community
This is probably my first post ever though i used to read a lot way back in the days.
My email adress changed years ago and I filed a ticket, every now and then, where I asked if they may change my user info for the matrix club login. I named the old adress, said what happened and sent my new adress as well.
I never received an answer besides the ticket confirmation and when I try to receive my login information the system sends it to my old email adress.
I bought Distant Worlds, Distant Worlds Return of the Shakturi and Distant Worlds Legend.
Is this all lost now? I am sure this is not the right place, but sending tickets clearly did not help.
All i want is to be able to download one of my favourite games again.
