More realistic unit selection and more challenging battles

Since Pz IVH was available only from early 1943, try to fight the Bolshevik tanks without recruiting Pz IVH. If you get one in a scenario, bring it to the back and do not use it.
Same about Fw190 in air battles. These planes showed up in the East in the fall of 1942. Since your Bf 109s are fairly strong, you can recruit two more of them instead of Fw 190s and that should be enough to fight for air superiority, at least in the Minsk battle.
While the Bolshevik air force is relatively easy to deal with, their tanks will give you some hard time before they die like heroes.
A mechanized infantry with MP44 and Faustpatrons looks strange in 1941 but that is the mechanized infantry we have now, and have no super abilities. Volkssturm was only available from 1944 but this unit can be used to represent weakened infantry forces in 1941 or anything less woth than regular infantry. They are not that hopeless on the field and under a good general will perform quite well.
