2.04/2.05 Brief tab doesn't list 2.04+ updates

The briefing panel has a dedicated tab to inform users about the latest update, but doesn't show the latest info:
Doh! In all fairness 2.04 was too big to stick in here and got its own PDF guide, but 2.05 should have been added. We'll catch up with 2.06 when it shows up.
