[Solved][1.9.5.7] Ctrl right click not working anymore?

nvm, today I vertified game's integrity, this bug disappeared automatically[:)].

Back to the game after the new update, thx for the dev~
but found I can't use ctrl-right-click hotkey, everytime I hold the ctrl then right click the map, a black line flash, but no popup.
I still can use right click to move the ship, also right click the ship or other objects popup shows normally.
Same time, other hot key : ctrl+ left click functions well
anyone have the same problem ?
games version 1.957 on steam
P.S.: I tried this hot key in old version: Shadows on the same computer, it functions like a charm, so thats weird now, a small bug only in Universe I think
