The latest patch seems to have broken the Communist Chinese setup.

The militia that is part of the initial setup is not allowed to setup.
The screenshot shows the militia entering the force pool when at war.

My guess, fixing the USSR militia problem is part of the reason. It should get some attention for the next patch.

It happens if you save and load during setup of China or any nation prior to setting up China.
