peeked in on the Allied AI in a Scen 1 game, and noticed 34 Allied air units that have not withdrawn when they should....

Should I withdraw them myself...or "let it go"?

The AI does not withdraw air units. The AI usually needs all the help it can get. Withdrawing units manually will often ultimately weaken the AI.

Ultimately it's your call. The AI doesn't care one way or the other.
