Manuel, tutorials

Is there a manual -- hard copy or virtual -- or any tutorials with this game.
The only turn based games I have left are WEGO and I don't usually care for hexes, but TOAW is beginning to interest me, especially its wide range of conflicts.

To answer all three questions - yes. Additionally, there are AARs as well as tutorial slides (I've made a set if you're interested) that are quite helpful and give you an overview of the game. Also see an article I published -

And the game manual is in the Manuals folder, in the main OPART folder.
