National Morale Penalty not applicable to Russian Battleship

While browsing through the data files, I noticed that the 30-point National Morale penalty for disbanding battleships does not apply to Russia (as well as several minors).
I added it in to my own data file so it works correctly, but figured I'd report it. I'm sure it was an oversight, since the 10-point penalty for losing a battleship does apply to them.

I have this already fixed for game play patch 1.6?[:)]

looking more forward to the next patch now, not that it doesn't play great as it is tbh, feels right, very atmospheric and a joy to mod and play
