Those are likely low hanging fruit, in terms of difficulty.

It would really be nice to add Blow/Build Bridge if the last waypoint of a move order is in an appropriate hex.

Resupply is already one of the End State options. I agree with Build/blow bridge order. In fact I would like to see you order a build/blow bridge order and then give a movement order

No, what I mean is when you give a Resupply order, you get the dialog so you can tell a unit or go to Hold or On Call, etc following resupply.

Another approach would be to have the default posture depend on unit type. Inf, AT, and Armor might be Hold, recce and ADA Screen, HQ and arty On Call.
