True Upgreade and AOL

True Upgade worked fine with AOL 6.0. Upgraded to UV 2.0 with it.
Now that I was essentially coerced into upgrading to v 8.0 I get a file not found message when I try to use TrueUpgrade.
Any ideas?
(NO AOL comments, please)

Try minimizing AOL, launch another browser like IE or Netscape. maybe True Update will run in IE rather than AOL. Not sure but may be worth a shot. Otherwize, DL it from the UV Downloads page (URL below) and run the patch manually. Me - I still run AOL 4.0, the last non-OS-invasive version and I still have full functionality, at least as much functionality as 4.0 ever presented.

I think Matrix renamed the TrueUpdate program in patch 2.0.
So, the menu script is not going to work for ANYONE. If you
go to the UV directory you can find the (renamed) program and run it with a double click.
Thank you!

Thank you both for the responses.
I had tried the minimize AOL, try another browser method, but didn't get results. That may just be my configuration.
They indeed did change the name of the Upgrade/Update .exe file. When double clicking the new file ( Upgrade-UV.exe, I think) it does connect to the update site and tell me that there is a new version (ver 2.0, which I am already using.) But at least that problem is something that can be dealt with.
Thank you both.

Yes, those Matrix guys have a real gift for creating problems for themselves, like renaming this file for no apparent reason. As the next patch (for the patch) grows nearer, the paddle is gonna hit the creek.
