Paid for the game via pay pal, no download info???

I bought this 20 minutes ago, I got a receipt and order number but NO download information or serial number??? It is gonna be one of those days!

Seems to be the state of things at the moment. I paid with a credit card, and have been waiting about an hour now. Someone else I know is also waiting. Not sure what the deal is, but we seem to have overwhelmed their order fulfillment system - which I'm beginning to believe is an elderly British lady manually entering payment information and then typing fulfillment emails... [;)]

Same here(PayPal). I was surprised, as this system is usually instantaneous. I sent an email to Plimus support thinking it was something on my end.

Same problem here. What is this new BlueSnap crap? Plimus always immediately let me download the game instantly from the website, and I always received an e-mail confirmation within seconds. I paid with a credit card directly. No PayPal.
Did Matrix Games change their distribution company? If so, it is not good. This is bulljive. I purchased the game. I should get my download link immediately.
Also, my members page does not even show I own this game!
Please fix this!

Yes just got mine took 1 hour, and you are right it normally is instantaneously!

I just got mine, too. More than an hour later. I sure hope they drop this BlueSnap mess. Plimus was fine, quick and reliable.

Hi guys
sorry you are having problems. Plimus has re-branded as Bluesnap - don't ask me why! It is the same service with the same people and nothing has changed so it must be some strange glitch last night. I'll investigate and see what we can find so let me know if anyone else has problems.

I did mine at about 12:45 Central time in the USA. It went real fast. Download even went quickly which it usually does not.
