Hey there. I'm in Early August 1914 and I'm trying to make use of France's 1st and 3rd armies in Longwy. I set them to move to Luxemburgh, but I can't change their postures or ROE. I click the respective buttons, select what I want and upon selection it reverts to "Defensive" and "Defend".

What am I doing wrong?

Are they active? If not, they can't change posture. If they have that red stripe they can't either.

Oh boy... [8|] Yes, the generals are both inactive and of course this is the reason.
