Converting PBEM to IJ vs Allies

Can this be done? My esteemed opponent turned over his files so we could start a 2v2 game but I'd like to finish out the Invasion of Japan.
I have his password but don't need/want to look at the IJ side especially if I have to watch both combat turns.
