I noticed that sometimes we see a bombed resource show up for the wrong player. In a game with version 1.207 I found that in the Russia screen I was being shown that the oil resource at Armavir had been lost due to bombing, ironically by a Soviet bomber. However the Armavir oil resource had been captured on a prior turn so should have shown up in Germany's production planning screen. I can't recall if it was reported under Germany but I doubt it. Hopefully this minor bug can be fixed so resources show up under the correct country.
