Amphib TF will not unload message

I created an Amphib TF in Singers to quick load a LCU. I had used PP to change the LCU HQ to Southeast Asia. I get a message now in the TF info box in red " Cannot unload here " no mater what port I set. Current port is SEA Colombo. Help appreciated.

It says the TF is at sea. It will not unload troops while at sea. Probably needs a hex with land in it to unload.
When the TF gets to Colombo it will unload fine.

When ever a TF ends on a hex where it is NOT eligible to unload it's troops, you will get that warning, even if you have NO intention of unloading them there....

OK, but odd, I don`t see that with my other at sea & underway Transports/Amphib TF`s. Perhaps they still have movement points when I look.
